Mozilla Thunderbird 3.1.x for Windows

 
    To update an email account:
  1. Open your E-mail Client "Mozilla Thunderbird 3.1.x"
  2. Click on "Tools" > "Account Settings..."
    3. Email Configuration

  3. Select your account and enter with your own information:
    (Set SSL first before changing port numbers, as it will change the port when selected)
    • Server Name: mail.toughcountry.net
    • Port: 995
    • User Name: jsmith@toughcountry.net
    • Connection security: SSL/TLS
    • Authentication method: Normal password
    • For at most: Unchecked
    • On the bottom left select "Outgoing Server (SMTP)"

  4. Select your email account, click "Edit".
    If there is no server already, then click "Add".

  5. Enter the following:
    (Set SSL first before changing port numbers, as it will change the port when selected)
    • Server Name: mail.toughcountry.net
    • Port: 465
    • Connection security: SSL/TLS
    • Authentication method: Normal Password
    • Username: jsmith@toughcountry.net

  6. Click on "OK".
